Hello, I am Kinlan M.G. Jan. In January 2026, I completed my PhD in Marine Biology at Stockholm University in Prof. Monika Winder group.
I am interested in aquatic food web dynamics, and how they shape ecosystem functioning. The primary aim of my research is to investigate how change at the base of the food web propagate through the higher trophic levels using different tools including:
DNA metabarcoding
Stable Isotopes
Microscopy
Time series analysis
